Shipping
- Simple Ship price includes postage and handling. We will pack your pieces together. Your order will be carefully bagged and shipped in a padded envelope or box.
- Orders are shipped to your PayPal address. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All orders will come with USPS or UPS tracking numbers which will be sent to you when we confirm your order has shipped.
- Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- If the product was damaged during shipping, and the buyer purchased insurance, any damaged pieces will be replaced or a refund will be issued. If no insurance coverage is purchased, the buyer is responsible for replacing damaged pieces.
